Namaste Right Here For a Minute.

Yoga has been a part of my life for twenty plus years now. I have to be honest, I initially started the practice solely for its physical benefits. But I realized quickly that yoga is almost always more about strengthening the mind and developing the mind body connection. Yoga is the only physical practice I have found that continues to challenge me and help me grow in mind, body, and spirit. Not to mention using your own body weight truly gives you the best results when it comes to looking lean. I. LOVE. YOGA. If anyones wondering, I usually do a level 3-4 flow class.
